This ministry began in the Fall of 2002 with 10 puppeteers and 10 puppets. Presently, this ministry has 3 teams: Jr. Team consisting of 5th through 6th graders; Sr. Team consisting of 7th grade and up; and recently added Adult Team that performs in the local schools.
The Jr. Team performs in the Sunday morning worship services 4-6 times per year and also performs a Christmas show at Trenton Village.
The Sr. Team is our outreach team. Performances & Events include: Annual Breakfast with Santa and Spring Fling events that are family friendly activities with a puppet show. Every other year a Puppet “Fun” Shop is held in October. Performances in other venues are scheduled on an as requested basis. We have a variety of shows that include black light puppetry, Christian and secular messages.
The Adult team is new and generally gathers together to prepare for shows in the local schools.
