The Metro East Family Support Network (FSN) and the Southern Illinois Parents of Addicted Loved Ones (PAL) are two free resources available to families and friends who have a loved one suffering from Addiction.
The FSN provides support and offers free resources to callers. The FSN number is 314-669-1184.
PAL is a peer support group offering free education and support to families and friends over 18 who have a loved one abusing alcohol or drugs. The Southern IL PAL Group meets online using Zoom every Tuesday at 7PM. Contact Craig at 618-567-6095 to get information and/or the Zoom meeting link.
